The Santander Travel reward is a £150 voucher off a hotel booking of your choice. Customers who have opened or transferred to a Santander Edge Explorer current account within the promotional period will be eligible to receive this reward.

Only customers who are 18-73, reside in the UK, and have received an invitation email from Santander with instructions on how to claim their reward will be eligible to participate. 60 days after you have opened or transferred to a Santander Edge Explorer current account you will receive an email from Santander which includes a promotional URL and a unique code. You must register on the website within 60 days from the date of receipt of your email. Once successfully registered, you will receive your reward via email - this will be sent to the same email address you used during registration.

You will have 60 days from the date you receive your email from Santander to register your claim and choose your reward, after which point it will expire and no longer be available. Once you have registered your claim and chosen your reward, you will receive the relevant voucher/code and instructions on how to use your £150 Hotel voucher via specified providers - you will have 6 months to use those vouchers, after which point they will expire.

When you have clicked ‘claim’ for the £150 Travel reward, you will receive an email containing a username and PIN, alongside instructions on how to use it:
1. Go to URL provided and enter your unique Username and PIN.
2. Use the search functions to find your hotel stay options.
3. Browse the listed hotels; once you have selected a hotel and room, £150 will be automatically deducted from the total amount payable during the booking process.
4. Input your full name, email address, contact number, full postal address, and payment details (unless the total balance is £150 or less, in which case no additional payment is required). Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided. Please note: any remaining unused credit will not be lost, but cannot be transferred or used on a separate booking.
